SAGUACHE -- A temporary restraining order issued by Judge Amanda Pearson against Center Police Officer Carlos Heredia Aug. 12 was lifted last week during a permanent orders hearing in the case.

CENTER -- In a decision handed down last week, District Court Judge O. John Kuenhold reinstated the Center Utility Board, stating that Ordinance 241 is still in effect and "there is no other remedy available to the plaintiffs."
