DEL NORTE — Longtime Del Norte resident Monte R. Fulton, 59, passed away March 20, 2020. He was born Sept. 30, 1960 in Minatare, Nebraska to Robert and Ruth Fulton. He served his country in the United States Army. Monte was a Broncos fan, he enjoyed reloading, shooting his guns, being in the mountains, mechanic work and he loved his dogs.
He is survived by his wife Cherilyn Rue of Del Norte, his brother Hunter “Butch” Baskins of California and his sister Cindy Michaels of Colorado as well as many nieces and nephews and his special nephew Bailee Velasquez.Monte was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Julie Baskins.
