MONTE VISTA-- Mildred Louise "Micke" Brownell, 96, of Monte Vista passed away on May 6, 2013 at the Legacy Assisted Living Center.
She was born Oct. 9, 1916 in Primghar, Iowa to Herman and Rae Bonath. She married John Brownell on July 20, 1949 in Denver.
