SAGUACHE COUNTY — The Saguache County Housing Authority is hosting a public outreach session for ideas regarding future development and to listen to public comment on the affordable housing planned at 250 Gunnison Ave.

The meeting will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on May 17 at the Saguache County Road and Bridge meeting room, 305 3rd St. in Saguache.

According to the Saguache County Housing Authority, “The Saguache County Housing Authority has been working to find the avenues to provide more affordable housing in Saguache and Saguache County. Through the Small Scale Housing Technical Assistance Program provided through the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority, Saguache County Housing Authority has developed a preliminary concept design for the property located at 250 Gunnison Ave., Saguache, CO 81149. The Saguache County Housing Authority would like to invite you to share your thoughts and concerns.”

The Saguache County Housing Authority is attempting to receive feedback from all community members regarding the preliminary design of the affordable housing at that location.
