APD arrests 62-year-old Henry Moe of Alamosa on multiple charges related to alleged involvement in child sex crimes. Authorities are urging the public to come forward if they have any information or if their children have had contact with Moe.

Alamosa Police arrest suspect for multiple child sex crimes

ALAMOSA — On the evening of July 25, 2025, Detectives from the Alamosa Police Department arrested Henry Moe, 62 of Alamosa following an extensive investigation into his involvement in child sex crimes. As the case progressed, investigators uncovered the severity and extent of Moe’s actions involving multiple victims.

Moe was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Alamosa County Jail on the following charges:

  • Unlawful Sexual Contact (x5) – Class 4 Felony
  • Sexual Assault on a Child by One in a Position of Trust (x5) – Class 3 Felony
  • Incest (x5) – Class 4 Felony
  • Sexual Exploitation of a Child – Video – Class 4 Felony
  • Sexual Exploitation of a Child – Images (x4) – Class 5 Felony

The Alamosa Police Department’s Investigations Division is actively working on the case. Authorities are urging the public to come forward if they have any information or if their children have had contact with Henry Moe.
