Pueblo Centennial broke the game open with six runs in the fourth. Garcia got a two-out single and he scored on Byrd’s double. Villegas was safe on an error, and Gehrett singled to bring home Byrd. Brooks reached on an error, and another error put Marquez on base and brought home Sena and Gehrett.
Lenn singled to bring home Brooks, and Marquez scored as J.J. Rincon was caught in a rundown between first and second.
The Bulldogs wrapped up the scoring with a run in the fifth. Alex Navarette was hit by a pitch and he scored on Byrd’s double.
