During that search, multiple illegal items were located and on the person of one of the passengers. Both parties were taken into custody and are being charged with possession of a controlled substance, unlawful distribution, manufacturing, dispensing or sale of a controlled substance, possessing an illegal weapon, and child abuse non-injury.
